Hi, I'm PCRose or (pastry chef (in training)). I'm currently in culinary school for my degree in applied sciences to become a pastry chef. Cake decorating is my love and baking is my life. I love what I do and the people I get to share that with. I have background experience from home/family, the bakery at my local wal-mart, and my own mini-personal cake decor business.
