Minnie Mouse Cookie Tutorial
Place your cookie in the fridge to harden for about 10 minutes, and then using a sharp knife, make an incision halfway up the cookie and then insert the stick.
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees C (about 355 degrees F) until cooked. Usually I like my cookies on the softer side, but these need to be a bit harder so that the stick is in place.
To start the decorating, mix some Tylo powder into your pink fondant, and using a bow cutter, make your bow. I have used the Jem bow cutter in size 2.
Leave the bow aside to harden. If you don’t have a bow cutter, you can make your bow using this tutorial.
Roll out your black fondant, cut the top part of the mouse and attach to the cookie using water.
Roll out your pink fondant, cut out the bottom half of the mouse and attach using water.
Roll out some white fondant and using a tiny circle cutter or the bottom of a straw, cut out 5 circles. Leave to dry for 5 minutes, and then attach to your cookie.
Attach your bow, and then wrap in a cello bag with a ribbon
