I was very disappointed in this video! So you got the fondant on the cake, you did NOTHING to make the cornes square! That is not a square cake. I could never pass that off to my customers or my students as a square cake. You might be better off sticking to round ones. Also, why did you have the cake sitting on an aluminum foil covered board? Fancy foil would have looked much more professional, especially because you were doing a video presentation.

Where can I find the big mat?

Not exactly square is it? The corners and edges are nowhere near sharp square edges.
