"Baking Chocolate", as we refer to it here in this recipe, is a dark unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate. You can use your favorite chocolate in this recipe, using milk chocolate or any sweetened chocolate would result in a sweeter drink. Adjust the sugar to your taste and enjoy!

I am very excited to try this. In Spain they serve Chocolate con Churros. A think hot chocolate that you dip mini churros in. It is so delicious. This looks like the right creamy consistency for dipping churros. Been looking for a good recipe, as I miss the warm goodness. Thanks!

I made this the other night. If you notice the picture, it looks like pure chocolate. Well, this is what it taste like as well. The person I drank it with nor I could handle it. It was just like drinking the baker's chocolate almost. Really bad in my opinion. But if you like drinking chocolate, you'll love this recipe!

Hi usmdesigner, I'm glad you tried the recipe, but sorry you didn't like it. Feel free to use milk chocolate, more sugar, or just less chocolate in this recipe. I think it would be awesome if you added a shot of espresso to cut the richness. But who doesn't like chocolate?

I hope you'll give it another chance and let us know how you made modifications to suit your taste.
