This icing is a great way to treat yourself or your kids to some sweetness without the gluten or dairy! Spreads and decorates easily too.
Gluten Free Casein Free Buttercream Icing GFCF
- 2 lb. package of Pure Cane Confectioners Sugar
- 1 C Crisco shortening
- 1/4 C Earth Balance Vegan Butter – softened (or any GFCF butter sub.)
- 1/2 C warm/hot water
- 1 tsp. GFCF vanilla
- Cream the butter and shortening. Add in the water, vanilla and slowly incorporate the entire package of sugar. Beat on medium until well blended and smooth. Enjoy!
