Pretty simple recipe to a very good tasting cake that many of my family and friends have loved. I present to you, the CARAMEL MACCHIATO CAKE. Try it out, you will love it.
Ingredients
- Instant Vanilla Cake Mix (whichever, I’ve seen so much debate over who makes a better brand…)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of coffee, flavored with Caramel Macchiato creamer (International Delight makes it)
- 1 packet of Jell-O Chocolate Pudding with Caramel Chips
- 1/3 cup of oil
Instructions
- In your mixer; add cake mix, 3 eggs, the coffee, the pudding mix, and the oil.
Mix for a few minutes until its all incorporated.
Bake at 335 for 35 minutes. Perform toothpick test. If not done, check back every 5 minutes. Then turn off oven but leave cake in there for the next 25.
My family and friends loved this cake without icing or frosting of any kind. I had a picture of it on here but because it wasn’t decorated, so it violated the terms and was deleted by an administrator.
