  1. Can someone PLEASE email me back? I’ve tried sending an email as well as the online response form, and I’ve gotten ZERO response.
    I tried downloading this issue for a few days when the issue was released, each time it would fail at about 75%, and now it’s saying that the link has expired so it will not download at all.

  2. Hello,

    I purchased a one year subscription on 4/11/2013. This purchase was made through CC’s website.

    The website states that right after the checkout, the customer will receive two emails, one is the “order confirmation” and the other one a “download link”. I received the “order confirmation”, I have not received the email with the “download link” yet.

    Several messages have been sent already and I have not gotten any response.

    Please reply ASAP.
