Chocolate Mousse Cream Filling

Posted by cheriej I've been looking for a good, rich chocolate mousse filling that doesn't involve egg yolks. This is a very rich, creamy and intensely chocolate filling. You can also serve this separately as a mousse. Ingredients 12 oz. bittersweet... read more

Creamy & Firm Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling Perfected

So I finally set to work to make a foolproof version. It turns out great no matter what size or wattage microwave you have and it's firm and stable enough to keep inside of a frosted or fondanted cake for 2 days without refrigeration. So if you are... read more
