Thanks so much for putting this ’step-by-step’ on, just completed my first topsy turvy cake and without some of your handy hints it would have looked a lot different and not been as stable. Who knew that you created a stadium for the smaller tier to sit on. Also stacking upside down to cut is genius! Thanks again.

Wonderful cake and instructions. What recipe did you use for the cake? I’m wanting to make a topsy turvy after reading tutorial now but, you did not mention what recipe you used. I’m guessing it was a dense cake. Can you please share?
