White and Chocolate Chip Cookie Slices
These cookie slices are better when they are not dark brom they need to be barely browm. Or else they will be rock hard! I hope you enjoy these they got a 1st place ribbon in a county fair! I took this recipe from a Taste of Home book and improved it!

White and Chocolate Chip Cookie Slices
Ingredients
- 1 package sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 butter melted
- 1 egg
- (some water if too thick)
- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 2/3 cups white chocolate chips ( or any other kind of chips)
Instructions
- In big bowl mix all but chips. Then add chips when well blended. Divide dough in half put on ungreased cookie sheets make each log 10 inches long and 2 1/2 inches rectangles. Take them out when the top is barely brown tinted. Let cool and cut in strips as wide as you want.
- Cook at Temp: 350
- Enjoy!!!!
