In homage to my Father who used this recipe in his bakeries for 20 years. It tastes like brownie batter and shines beautifully.

Walter's Crusting Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients

  • FUDGE ICING 10oz. water 5.5 oz corn syrup -----------------------------boil 8 oz. cocoa 8 oz marg. ---------------------------blend in mixer 3 # powd. Sugar ½ tsp salt to taste1 tsp vanilla to taste Alternate sugar and boiling water. Will Crust!!!!
