Upside-Down Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1/4 taza de mantequilla 2/3 taza de Aúcar Morena 1 taza de azúcar 3/4 taza de leche 1/2 cucharadita de sal 1/3 taza de manteca vegetal 1 taza de piña picada o seis rodajas 1 1/3 taza de harina para todo uso 1 1/2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 1 cucharadita de cáscara de limón 1 huevo **Estos ingredientes se pueden sustituir por 1 caja de bizcocho amarillo mas los ingredientes según indicados en las instrucciones** 6 Cerezas maraschino
Instructions
- Precalentar el horno a 350 grados. Derrita la mantequilla en una cacerola pequeña. Añadir el azúcar morena y revuelva para disolver, retirar del fuego. Distribuir la mantequilla derretida con el azúcar uniformemente en cada molde. Coloque 1 o 2 cucharadas de piña o 1 rodaja en el fondo de cada molde, e introduzca una cereza en el centro.
- Batir los ingredientes que restantes con la batidora, raspando el tazón hacia abajo según sea necesario. Batir a alta velocidad durante 3 minutos. Vierta la mezcla uniformemente en cada molde.
- Hornee 30-35 minutos o hasta que si inserta un palillo en el centro salga limpio. Retire del horno y desmolde inmediatamente. Dejar enfriar durante 15 minutos antes de servir.
