Ultra Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup orange juice 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon orange zest 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. mix together wet ingredients including zest.
  2. mix together dry ingredients.
  3. mix the two together.
  4. bake at 350F for 30-35 min. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 186 Calories; 6g Fat (30.0% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 31g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 194mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Fruit; 1 Fat; 1 Other Carbohydrates.

This looks like an easy recipe; what size cake pan(s) do you recommend? it doesn't seem like it makes a lot of batter.

There is more liquid in the cake than flour. And there are no eggs? is this accurate? What type of texture does it have? Thanks, I'm looking forward to trying it.
