Here's my ultimate pina colada recipe everyone loves and it's sooo easy to make. Hope you like it as much as I do.

Ultimate Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 1 Box (Reg size) Instant Vanilla Jello pudding 1 cup of crushed pineapple 2/3 cup shredded coconut 2 tbs of rum extract (or adjust for your taste)

Instructions

Prepare pudding as asked to do so on box at this time add extract before adding other ingredients. Add crushed pineapple and coconut and mix well. Chill for about 1 hour. If you want it thicker add less milk 2 1/2 cups of milk instead of 3 cups. Fills 1/2 sheet cake.

What is a "reg. size" box? Could you please specify either the large or small box?

I assume it would be a large box cause of the amount of liquids,

I would think it's the smaller box since you usually add 2 cups of milk to make pudding. There's only about 1 c. of liquid in this recipe.

Ok, I'm an idiot and didn't read the full recipe! I should have listened to cakebaker12! I didn't see the last sentence. Doh!
