Tres Leches is a hispanic cake that consists of using three types of milk to soak the sponge cake. Delicious.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can heavy cream or 1 can media crema
- 1/4 cup of irish cream or coffee liquor (if desired)

Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
- 2. Add the yolks and vanilla. Beat until combined.
- 3. Sift the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- 4. Fold the egg mixture into the flour mixture.
- 5. Place the dough on a pyrex or any dish you would like to present the cake since you will serve it on that dish.
- 5. Bake at 350F for aproximately 35 min or until center of the cake springs back.
- 6. Take out of oven and poak the cake with a knife.
- 7. On a bowl mix the condensed milk, evaported milk and cream and liqueour. Mix well.
- 8. Carefully pour on top of the baked cake and refrigerate until cold.
- 9. Spread whipped topping on the top of the cake.
- 10. Enjoy!
