this icing is used when frosting a cake. i've tried other recipes, but this one takes the cake!!!The best white icing ever
Ingredients
- 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 c. shortening 2 tsp. imitation vanilla 1 tbs. imitation almond extract 1/4 c. milk
Instructions
- combine shortening, vanilla, and almond in bowl. add milk. beat for 30 seconds. add powdered sugar and beat for 5 to 7 min, until fluffy.
- note. you may need to add more milk, depending on desired texture.
