SUGAR PASTE READY TO USE

Sugar paste

Ingredients

  • 500g ( 1Lb 2 oz) icing sugar 1 egg white ( or equivalent amount of dried egg white mixed with water) 30 ml. ( 2 Tbsp) liquid glucose

Instructions

  1. 1- Place the icing sugar into a bowl and make a well in the centre
  2. 2- Tip the egg white and glucose into the well and stirr using a wooden spoon
  3. 3- Finish binding the icing together with your hands, Kneading until all sugaris incorporated and the icing feels silky smooth
  4. 4-Double wrap immediately in two small plastic bags. It may be used straightaway.
