Versatile cream cheese frosting flavored with sugar-free instant pudding. It will frost one 9×13 or one 2 layer cake. Use any flavor of pudding mix.
1 In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Mix well and let stand until thickened.
2 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding and mix well. Finally, fold in whipped topping.
How do you store your finished cake???
Well, I tried this one for mother's day cakes, tasted okay but was a real flop for frosting. Turned out giggly, goopy, kind of a cross between marshmallow fluff and jello. Frosted fairly well, but the consistency is nothing like frosting. And when I added a couple pretty fondant daisies to make the cake pretty for our moms, after sitting in fridge for a couple hours the fondant turned into a goopy mess. Sorry, but really not terribly impressed with this recipe so I will be looking for another sugar free alternative.
