This is a quick and delicious recipe that goes well with any white/yellow cake. Reminds me of the strawberry shortcake ice cream from Cold Stone. You can use as filling or just enjoy alone.

Strawberry shortcake filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped cream (Frostin Pride) 1 cup crushed graham cracker (leave a bit chunky) 1 cup sliced strawberries (or more)

Instructions

Whip your cream in a chllled bowl until thick and peaks form. Add crushed graham cracker and mix bit more until well mixed. Spread you cream out on cake and add a layer of sliced strawberries and add more cream on top of the strawberries. Enjoy!

Do you use this for just the filling & frost with buttercream? or do you frost with this also? Thanks!

I just made this and it is DELICIOUS!! I could have eaten it as a desert all by itself.. The only thing I did different was add about a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the heavy cream as I whipped it.. This is sure to be a favorite!

Do you make the Whipping cream from scratch or frozen? OR do you just whip up heavy cream? Thanks
