Ingredients
- Strawberry Short Cake  Este bizcocho es preferible hacerlo un dÃa antes o con suficiente tiempo para que se enfrÃe bien, pues la crema se derrite si lo pones con el pastel tibio. Es mejor decorar y rellenar un rato antes de servir para que la crema (nata) esté bien frÃa.. Ingredientes ¾ taza de mantequilla (1 barra ½ de mantequilla) (150 gr) 2 tazas de azúcar (380 gr) 4 huevos grandes a temperatura ambiente ¾ taza de crema agria (sour cream) a temperatura ambiente (150 gr) ½ cucharadita de ralladura de limón ½ cucharadita de ralladura de naranja ½ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 2 tazas de harina (280 gr) ¼ de taza de maicena (35 gr) ½ cucharadita de sal 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda (baking soda) Para el relleno y decoración 1 taza de crema de batir (nata montada) o puedes utilizar whippping cream (que viene lista en spray o en caja de sobres para preparar) 3 cucharadas de azúcar ½ cucharadita de vainilla 2 tazas de fresas frescas, cortadas. Preparación Precalentar el horno a 350 grados. Untar de mantequilla y espolvorear con harina dos moldes redondos de 8 pulgadas de diámetro (si no poner la mezcla en un molde más grande y luego cortar por la mitad el bizcocho para rellenar). Acremar la mantequilla y el azúcar en la batidora muy bien con la velocidad de la batidora al máximo, luego bajar a velocidad media y agregar los huevos uno a uno. Después agregar la crema agria, las ralladuras y la vainilla. Mezclar bien. En un bowl aparte cernir el harina junto con la maicena, la sal y el bicarbonato. Agregar esta mezcla con la velocidad baja hasta que se combine bien. No mezclar en exceso..
