This is a good, easy recipe for Royal Icing

Simple Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 13 cups powdered sugar 1 Tbls. Egg white powder 2 Tbls. Water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and beat for 4-5 min. Add more water to thin.

I am guessing that this recipe is 1 and 1/3 cups of powdered sugar
