This recipe is very easy and very tasty. It is firm so it works well as a filling.

Simple Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

8oz of bittersweet chocolate (or choc. of choice)
1 1/4 cups of heavy cream

Instructions

In food processor chop chocolate finely. Heat cream for 1 min 30 sec in microwave. Pour into chocolate and blend in processor until smooth.

Would this freeze well? I need to fill a fondant covered cake then freeze it for 3 days.
