Scrumptious Strawberry Cake--from a mix

being new to caking, I wanted to play with recipes as well. I came up with this, and it is VERY good, nice dark pink color, and very easy to make.

Scrumptious Strawberry Cake--from a mix

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry box cake mix--i used Pilsbury 1/2 box vanilla pudding--i used generic replace all liquid according to the directions with strawberry puree from frozen strawberries--do not drain the juice 1 extra egg

Instructions

  1. combine all ingredients into the mixer and bake according to the box directions.
  2. that's it...super simple and very delicious it's cake, do you really want to know?

Do you use just the one egg or the eggs the mix calls for plus one more? Thanks!
