El pastillaje es perfecto para hacer estructuras, figuras, flores, etc. Es una receta facil y además en español!Receta pastillaje (en español)
Ingredients
- 1 taza de agua 20gr de gelatina sin sabor 300gr de azucar común 800gr de azucar glass (puede que no la uses toda) Esencia al gusto
Instructions
- Disolver la gelatina en media taza de agua.Llevar al baño maria hasta que se disuelva.
- En otro recipiente colocar el azucar comun con el resto del agua, dejar reposar 5 minutos y llevar a hervir. Cuando el almibar esta a punto de "hilo suave" retirar del fuego (significa que al colocarlo entre los dedos y separarlos, se forma un hilo fragil)
- Unir las dos preparaciones.Dejar enfriar 5 minutos e incorporar la esencia-sabor.
- Incorporar el azucar glass amasando hasta que la pasta quede suave y no se pegue en los dedos.
- Para estirar utilizar maizena (almidon de maiz)
- Se puede teñir con colorantes comestibles en pasta ten en cuenta que el color aclara suavemente al secarse la pasta.
- Conservar en una bolsa de nylon fuera de la nevera.
