I figured this out when I wanted a banana flavored cake but didn't have any bananas on hand. I used this recipe with marshmallow creme for filling and chocolate syrup frosting. Very rich but very good!

Quick banana cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg banana pudding mix oil, water, egg called for on cake mix 1-2 tsp of banana extract 1 extra egg

Instructions

Prepare cake according to box with pudding, extra egg, and extract added in. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325°F for 30-45 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and do whatever you want with it. Not very healthy.

Do you think this will work if I use sugar free cake mix and pudding?
