Pound Cake de Piña
Ingredients
- 2 barras de mantequilla 1/2 taza de manteca vegetal 2 3/4 taza de azúcar 6 huevos grandes 3 tazas de harina cernida 1 1/4 taza piña triturada, sin colar 1 cdta. polvo de hornear 3 cdta. de vainilla 1 cdta. sabor de mantequilla 1 1/2 cdta. sabor de piña Color vegetal amarillo (use cantidad deseada)
Instructions
- Creme la manteca vegetal, la mantequilla y el azúcar. Añadir los huevos, uno a la vez, bata bien después de echar cada huevo. Cierna la harina con el polvo de hornear; Agregue la harina alternando con la piña con su jugo. Añadir sabores y el color vegetal. Vierta la mezcla en un molde de tubo engrasado o Bundt pan.
- Coloque el molde en el horno frÃo (sin precalentar); encienda el horno a 350 grados durante aproximadamente 1 1/2 hora. Saque del horno,desmolde y deje enfriar por 10 minutos.
- NOTA: Para obtener los mejores resultados, verter el Topping caliente, encima del pound cake cuando se retire de la estufa.
- Topping:
- 1 taza de piña triturada
- 1 1/2 taza de azúcar en polvo
- 1/4 taza de mantequilla
- En una cacerola se ponen a hervir los ingredientes, cuando hierva, se pone a fuego lento por 3 a 4 minutos. Verter encima del pound cake.
