Posh's cheesecakes

Let cream cheese soften for about an hour. Combine vream cheese & sugar, add eggs one at a time add vanilla mix well. Line muffin pan with paper cups and drop in vanilla wafer flat side down, Add cream cheese filling and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and add fruit topping of your choice. Enjoy!
