This was one of my favorite desserts growing up as a kid, and little did I know, it wasn't that bad for me! Its now my favorite to make during the summer for a light dessert after dinner. :o) Not only that, but thanks to Alton Brown (of the Food Network), I have the best angel food cake recipe ever!
