Pecan Spice Cake
this recipe as liquid coffee creamer added to it and is very delicious
Pecan Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
- 2/3 cup Southern Pecan Coffee Creamer-Liquid
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
- 3 Eggs
- Mix as directed on back of cake mix package. Then fold in the following ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 3/4 Cup Raisins
Then stand back and watch the cake disappear.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour cake batter into a prepared 9×13 sheet cake pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until done. Let cool in baking pan for 10 minutes and then turn onto a cooling rack to cool.
- Top with a Coconut Pecan Frosting or a Caramel Frosting, when cake is completely cooled.
- Then stand back and watch the cake disappear.
no ideal on nutrition value. probably really high in calories, but oh so good.
This is absolutely the best "spice cake" I have ever had! Easy peasy and yummy. My family is picky about cake and they flipped over this.
