Ingredients
- 1/4 taza leche condensada 1/2 taza crema de leche 1/2 taza de china natural 1 cda. glicerina 1 cda. extracto de vainilla blanca 2 cdas. de manteca emulsificada 2 cdas. polvo tylose 3 libras de azucar de confeccion
Instructions
Mezcle todos los ingredientes liquidos. Mezcle el tylose con una libra de azucar y depositelo en el bolw de la batidara. Añada la manteca, utilizando la paleta añada los ingredientes liquidos. Añada gradualmente el azucar restante hasta obtener una masa suave sin forzar la batidora. Termine la masa a mano, trabajandola contra la mesa y añadiendo el azucar necesaria para obtener una masa consistentemente manejable. Cubra la masa en envoltura plastica y deje reposar. - Rolled Vanilla Fondant
