No Fail Chocolate Cake

This cake is moist and incredibly hard to muck up.

Ingredients

1 C Sour Milk (add 2Tsp malt vinegar to milk) 1 C Oil 2 C Sugar 2 C Plain Flour 2 Eggs 1 C Cocoa 2 Tsp Baking Soda 1 C Hot Water

Instructions

Put ingredients in order listed into bowl. Mix until combined Bake at 180 for approx. 45 mins or until skewer comes out clean

I don't mean to sound dumb....but "bake at 180 ...." 180 degress C or F

Has to be Celsius. Thats 356 F*

This cake was so simple to make, that I half believed it wouldn't turn out. Not only, is it easy to make, it is THE most moist, chocolately, flavourful, and not too sweet cake I have ever had. I am the biggest (no pun intended) chocoholic - and this was the PERFECT cake. I always get great comments on my cakes - but people were swarming around me asking for the recipe... THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!! =)

Can I use buttermilk instead of the 'sour milk' by any chance or is this completely different?
