Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies
By: idcakegirlPosted by idcakegirl
I love chocolate chip cookies and have taken the basic Nestle Tollhouse cookies and changed the recipe a little to make them melt in your mouth like butter.Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tbs. dough enhancer 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. unsalted butter at room temperature 1 tsp. mapeline flavoring 2 large eggs at room temperature 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix the flour, dough enhancer, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Cream the granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and mapeline flavoring with an electric mixer. Once the butter mixture is creamy, incorporate one egg at a time, mixing well between additions. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Once everything has been mixed together, stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet in 1 tbs. balls. Bake in the oven for 8.5 minutes. Bring out the cookie sheet and let cool on the sheet for two more minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool. Enjoy! - Peanut Butter Balls
