This cake is supper moist with out all the fat

Lowfat lemon cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon flavor cake(works with other flavors to)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all at once, beat for 2 min on med speed. Bake at 350 till toothpic comes out clean.
  2. I have doubled and tripled this with no problems
