Koulourakia Me Sousame ( Sesame Cookies)

Very yummy and very simple.

Koulourakia Me Sousame ( Sesame Cookies)

Ingredients

  • 2 c, Butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 2 tps. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 6 c. All-purpose Flour (sifted) 1 Egg (beaten w/ 1 Tbsp water) 1 Pkg. Sesame seeds

Instructions

Cream butter, and gradually beat in sugar. Add milk, bakingpowder and cinnamon. Mix well. Slowly stir in flour until a soft dough forms. Shape dough with floured hands into small rings or figure 8's. Dip each ring into egg mixture then into seeds, making sure it is covered on all sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. or until golden brown.
