I hope you enjoy this recipe, so far i have lot's of people who liked the cookies even after i confessed to using fruit cake mix. this recipe is also good using a standard cake mix.

Add half of flour mixture with egg mix until well mixed add the second half of flour mixture with vanill and almond flavoring continue mixing untill well mixed. Fold in fruitcake mix and pecans by hand. Drop by rounded teaspoon full onto baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown, let cookies cool for 1 minute then place on wire rack. Always let cookie sheet cool before repeating baking this way cookies will not spead. EnJoy! Happy Holidays I do not have nutritional information for this recipe, but i just place this cookie in the category with the basic drop cookie like chocolate chips. If you have allergies to nuts or eggs i would not recommend using this recipe.
