I have tasted many honey cakes, and this one is actually good!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup honey
    1 cup oil
    1 Tbsp coffee, dissolved in
    1/2 cup hot water
    1 tsp baking soda
    4 cups flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon (opt)

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. Add yolks, and then remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

is that 1 tb instant coffee granules disolved in 1/2 c water or is it 1 tb brewed coffe and 1/2 c water?
