Homemade Dulce de leche

Ingredients

  • 3 lts of Milk (2%) 1 kg Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

Put milk & sugar into a pot on low heat & stir constantly, when it starts to turn a yellowish color add the baking soda.Bring to a boil & keep on stiring. This may take some time. You will know when it's done once the mixture drops slowly off the spoon. Let it cool. Enjoy!
