My grandma makes the most amazing sugar cookies every Christmas. This year, she and Grandpa went to Florida early (the nerve!), and there were no cookies. I was so distraught that I finally got the recipe and made them myself!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened 2/3 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups flour
