gluten free dream cake

I call it dream, because people I teasted it on loved it and would have never known it was glutten free, thye said it tasted even better. 1. Boil until apples are soft 2. Use blender, or potato masher to mash the apple into smooth sauce. 3. Put it to side to cool down, until needed.. Directions 1. Preheat oven (160 - 165 C = 329 F). Spray or grease one 9x13 inch pan. 2. mix together the brown sugar and butter, until fluffy/airy 3. Add the yoghurt in to the butter mixture, fold it in, doesen't need to mix toomuch yet.. 5. Mix in a bowl together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. SIFT THE FLOWER OVER AND OVER AGAIN minimum 4 times. THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!! THIS IS WHAT MAKES THE CAKE SPONGY!!! 4. Add in alternative turns the flour mix and the eggs into the butter mixture. Sift small amount of the flour mix into the butter mixture and mix it, then add 1 egg mix it, then again flour and then agin egg, continue untill it's all mixed together. 5. Add apple butter and vanilla into the mixture for the last. 6. And if youlike a bit of texture, you could add half a cup coarse hazel nuts, up to you . 7. Bake for 50 minutes. (Do not over bake)Ingredients
- Cake mix * 1 cup packed brown sugar * 2 cups glutten free flour (you can use ready made mix from shop, your own version, or the one that is here on gluten free section) * 2 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 cup butter, softened * 1 cup Brown sugar sugar * 3/4 cup apple butter * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1 cup yoghurt, or sour cream * 3 eggs, beaten Apple "butter" sauce * 2 gala apples (or what ever medium to large size apples you happen to have) * 1/3 cup water * 3 tbs apple vinegar * 1 1/2 tsp all spice/mixed spice/pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg...) * 2 tbs Lemon Juice * 1/2 tps salt (pinch) * 1/2 cup custar sugar * 1/2 tsp ground cloves
