Ganache con sabor a cream vainilla sin utilizar frio, como frosting y como rellenoIngredients
- 1brick de nata para montar (whiped cream)200-250mlilitros 8unidades de marsmallows de las grandes (de barbacoa)
Instructions
Poner a calentar la nata sin que llegue a hervir.Retirar del fuego y añadir los marsmallows. Deshacer por completo y templar.Meter a la nevera y dejar enfriar.Si no se monta tiene una textura como de mousse de crema vainillada que no necesita nevera para su conservacion.Si se monta queda como un marsmallows gigante, si necesitas una textura mas fina, añade brick y medio donde pone los ingredientes - White Chocolate Butter Pecan Ganache
