Gabe?s Satin Vanilla bean Buttercream Frosting

Several people have asked me for this recipe. This is the most popular frosting in my bakery. It is fluffy, satiny, and DELICIOUS!! It has the great taste and scent of vanilla-it's great to decorate with too! I hope you like it. IT DOES NOT CRUST THOUGH!!

I have made this buttercream and it does taste delicous, the only problem is that it turned up gritty. I dont like gritty buttercream. Do you know why?
