Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix for flan 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 8 oz block of cream cheese 1 tbls of vanilla

Instructions

  1. PRE HEAT oven to 325*
  2. prepare cake mix as directed
  3. in BLENDER mix all ingredients for flan. pour flan mix into mold that is generously spayed with a bakers spray. add cake mix next spreading it evenly over flan mix. pan will be filled almost to the top. place in oven and bake for aprox 1 hour or untill toothpic comes out clean. let sit for 15 min before removing from pan.
  4. to garnish drizzle with slightly melted caramel and sprinkle with pecans
  5. REFRIGERATE UNTILL COLD
  6. IT IS BEST WHEN COLD

What size cans of milk? Do you use the cake mix dry over the flan?
