Ingredients
- 1 1-pound package confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup cocoa (Regular-type, dry) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup boiling water 1/3 cup butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt in mixer. Add water and butter; mix. Add vanilla. - Shelf stable cream cheese icing
