A doctored cake mix recipe that makes Egg Nog cupcakes that taste like Christmas! Not too sweet with just the right amount of spice & egg nog. Makes about 30 cupcakes and can be used to make 2 - 9" round cake also.

Here it is quickly until I can get the problem fixed: 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 4 oz full fat plain yogurt (or Egg Nog yogurt, Target sells it) 1 cup egg nog 1/3 cup water 3 eggs 1/3 cup oil 1 tablespoon Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, ginger {in that order}) nutmeg (optional) Mix wet, then dry, mixing just enough to combine. Bake at 330 for 30 minutes *Do not over bake!* Top with cream cheese buttercream and a dusting of nutmeg.

These sound so good. I can't wait for egg nog to come back into season!
