Darlita's Oatmeal Explosion Cookies

I took the basic Quaker Oatmeal Recipe and made some changes...adding a few ingredients. I came up with these scrumptious cookies that people love!!! Hope you like them, too!!!! Enjoy!!!Darlita's Oatmeal Explosion Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter 1C light brown sugar 1/2 C granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 1 C Instant Oats 2 C Old-fashioned Oats 3/4 C Craisins (sweetened and dried cranberries) 3/4 C golden raisins 1 C white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg...set aside. In a separate bowl, combine oats, raisins, craisins, and white choc chips. Cream butter and sugars togather. Add egg one at a time, stirring after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Add Oat mixture and stir well. Using a lg cookie scoop, place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 18-20 minutes. Will put meat on your bones!!!! - Peanut Butter Balls
