Coconut Frosting and Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream 2 cups white sugar 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

1 Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.

I tried this today and i came out really soupy - i don't know what i did wrong. :(
It's best to let it sit overnight in the fridge. That's how I do it anyway. It's always going to be messy, but yummy!
