Cinammon biscuits

It’s just simply cinammon biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups (350g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tspn Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tspn Salt
  • 100g Butter
  • 115g Castor Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tspn of Cinammon powder ( a little more if you want:D)

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour.
    Add Butter, Sugar, Egg, Cinammon and Baking powder.
    Combine them together using your hands and knead them into dough-like.
    Roll out dough and using cookie cutters, cut them into desired shapes.
    Bake 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

mareg castor sugar is sold as "superfine" sugar in the United States. If you don’t have any castor sugar on hand, you can make your own by grinding granulated sugar for a couple of minutes in a food processor (this also produces sugar dust, so let it settle for a few moments before opening the food processor).
