Chocolate peppermint cake

Instructions

1. mix the cake mix according to the directions, pour the batter in to two round 9' cake pans, bake according to the directions on the box. 20 min. in to baking pull the cakes out and line the entire top of both cakes with peppermint patties push them down that way they are kind of in the middle of the cake continue baking.
2. when done eat them right away or chill them and ice with coolwhip later
3. eat in moderation
