Best Chocolate Fudge Frosting

This chocolate fudge recipe is from pamela clark book from womens weekly series. What i most like about it that it doesnt require using kitchen aid machine or any other electric equipments, just simple and delicious results !
If you're a chocolate addict you have to try this recipe.
Note: this is sweet recipe, i used it for topping and filling, but when filling i use very thin layer so the cake wont be too sweet, my experience of alternating thin layer of this fudge with a thin layer of caramil filling in my chocaholic cake it turns out to a heavenly moist, rich and sweet adjusted cake that i get always recommendations about it.

What is Caster sugar? I don't think I have heard of that before? Thanks!
Never mind, found my answer and as it turns out, I have made it before for a cheesecake without realizing it! :)
I want to try this recipe with the caramel
What is caster sugar? Also, is icing sugar the same as confectionary sugar? Thanks.
@Gaylaa: Caster sugar is known in the US as "super fine" or "bakers" sugar, I think you can find it at most grocery stores, I've seen it by "C&H" in what looks like a milk carton, but you could actually make your own by processing a bunch of regular granulated sugar in your food processor, but I'd advise you to buy a cartonof bakers sugar first so yu can get a feeling of how fine it is. And yes, icing sugar is the same as confectionery or powdered sugar :)
how much is 90 gm?
Slightly confusing to have two different measures, 90 gm is 6 tablespoons based on 3 tsp = 1 Tbs. I'm lost because I don't understand cup measures, only metric. Looks like a nice recipe though.
