I thought this would not be good, but turns out it is really delicious!Cake Mix Frosting
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups whipping cream - NOT whipped cream or cool whip 1 (18 ounce) package cake mix, any flavor (I've white, chocolate and lemon)
Instructions
Use 1/2 the cake mix. Pour into bowl and with electric beater, mix until most of the lumps are gone.Pour in 1 Cup whipping cream and whip. This got very thick fast, so just add more whipping cream until you reach desired spreading consistency. You can add just about anything and use for a filling too. - Shelf stable cream cheese icing
